The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce hosted the 10th Annual Chile & Frijoles Festival September 24 – 26, 2004. The Festival was originally created as a way for the city to celebrate the harvest of Pueblo's Mira Sol Chile with authentic food, music, art, fresh and roasted chilies, and an 1840's Mercado (historical market). |
